We are open for business with an ''almost'' business as usual mindset....and will continue to provide a contact less home delivery service to all regions.
Please note our Coolabah HQ is now closed to the general public to protect the health and well-being of our dedicated and loyal Coolabah Turf team and to do our bit to flatten the curve.
However – you can still call and place your order over the phone if you are happy to use a credit card or debit card payment option, or we can email you an invoice for you to make a direct debit payment.
Alternatively – our online shop is open 24/7. You can continue to order and process turf payments online at any time of the day or night… from your car or your couch!
We have ceased to offer a farm pick up service. But for small volume turf purchase requirements, please pick up from your local Bunnings Warehouse and make a commitment to honour their social distancing policies in-store.

- We email you an invoice and you can pay via a direct deposit internet funds transfer.
- Online payment via credit card, Paypal or Afterpay via our online shop.
What’s changed?
While a no contact delivery might mean you will miss out on a handshake or the usual enthusiastic signature Coolabah greeting from one of our transport team, we guarantee a delivery of Coolabah Turf will still brighten your day and give you a reason to smile! In fact, ordering some turf and having it home delivered by one of our handpicked delivery drivers might be just what the doctor ordered!!
Our delivery drivers can drop your turf order to your property without you even having to be home or be there to greet them. Just let our team know when you confirm your order where you would like it to be placed.
There will be no customer contact or distribution of information on site.
All other communication and back up support can be conducted via phone or email contact with our team at Coolabah HQ.
What is a contactless delivery?
Our turf is dispatched at your property with our forklift unload, pallet-less delivery system. There will be no paperwork exchanged during the delivery process. All documentation including invoicing, PODs and DIY installation guides will be emailed to customers prior to the delivery or can be downloaded via our website to assist you with any last minute questions you might still have.
So on a brighter note - make the most of this enforced period of down time with your family in your own private space and use this precious time to get that front or backyard turf project completed!
