T&Cs
DIY / Direct order customers will be reimbursed the cost of their lawn up to 100m2. Trades customers will receive a credit on their next turf purchase up to the value of 100m2 after the prize is drawn.
This prize is only available to claim on turf purchases. Additional turf beyond 100m2 will not be reimbursed. Delivery is not eligible for reimbursement. Aftercare or other products are not eligible for reimbursement. Payment will be reimbursed via the DIY customer’s original payment method. Trades customers will be sent a voucher for redemption upon their next order. Prize is valid for one purchase only. Where the total m2 of the order is below 100m2, the prize shall be valid for that amount (redeemable on turf only, the prize excludes delivery and extras). No credit will be carried over to future orders. The prize is not redeemable for cash or credit.
Winners will be randomly drawn from the list of customers who purchased turf between 1st April 2025 and 31st May 2025, inclusive of dates listed. The order must be paid in full at the time of competition close to be eligible to enter the draw.
Prize will be drawn before COB on Tuesday June 3rd. The winners will be notified within 24 hours via phone and email. Coolabah Turf must have valid contact details. Where Coolabah Turf is unable to make contact with the customer, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn.
